We accept Apple pay, all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world and After pay that allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 installments due every 2 weeks.
We do not collect any taxes on top of the products. We do not accept Cash or Travelers Checks or gift cards.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us if the order has already shipped out.
If you received your stone damaged with pieces inside the box it might have occurred during in transit, try to contact us immediately. Please take photos of: the box, stone and wrapping – then send us an email with your order number and we will resolve the issue at: email@example.com
NOTE: due to rarity of the products they are final sale, in case of broken pieces an applicable refund will be issued and product will be returned, a discount can applicable in case customer wants to keep the product.
*Damage items are acceptable within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are acceptable within a 14 days window of the date your package was delivered.
All products need to be returned in the same condition. Make sure to wrap it up as the same way received, if a product arrives a broken refund will be not issued.

Due to the rarity of many of the crystals, all products on the website are final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).
Our crystals are unique and due to variations it can’t be substituted for an exact other one. If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Contact us for further details: email@example.com
Shipping cost goes by the weight of your product and it will be calculated automatically in your check out.
For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.
As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.
Please allow a processing time of 2-3 business days from the time of placing your order.
For large or heavy orders, please allow us from 5-7 days. We want to make sure packing is 100% so you can receive your crystal safe!
During shopping peak periods (big holidays), processing time may take longer. Ita Crystals does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays.
Normally, transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US and up to 4-6 weeks for international delivery. However, due to COVID-19, all of the shipping carriers are experiencing delays.
Once a package is marked as delivered but you can not find it, make sure to go over your mailbox, PO Box, living surroundings . Only the Post Office will be able to help as it is not under our power to handle it. A file as lost package claim will need to be done on the carrier website.
