This website is operated by Ita Crystals. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ita Crystals. By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your place of residence. Information submitted at checkout or through an account must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

Natural Mineral Specimens

Our crystal and mineral specimens are natural materials. Inclusions, fractures, cavities, contact marks, color variation, uneven surfaces, mineral associations, and other geological characteristics may be present. These characteristics are part of the specimen unless a listing states otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately, including weight and dimensions where available. Screen settings, lighting, and image scale can affect how color, clarity, and size appear. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be corrected or updated when needed.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we confirm the order. We may refuse, limit, correct, or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information. Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. Taxes, duties, import charges, expedited shipping, remote-area charges, or freight services may apply as described at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Final Sale, Damage, and Incorrect Items

All sales are final except when an item is damaged in transit, the wrong item is delivered, or applicable law requires another remedy. Full details, reporting steps, evidence requirements, approved-return procedures, and refund timing are in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, complimentary contiguous-U.S. shipping, international delivery, and palletized freight for oversized specimens are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, access conditions, and events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design are owned by or licensed to Ita Crystals and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, scraping, redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; transmit malware; interfere with site security or operation; collect personal information without authorization; impersonate another person; or attempt to bypass access or purchase restrictions.

Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Ita Crystals, not Shopify. The site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, shipping, analytics, social-media, and embedded-content providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ita Crystals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes, Severability, and Governing Law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
